In the Raw - un nuovo album in studio dalla finlandese sinfonica metal cantante Tarja Turunen è stato rilasciato il 30 agosto 2019 tramite earMUSIC. Tre anni dopo l'uscita del suo ultimo album, The Shadow Self, nel 2016, Tarja continua a stupire i fan con la sua bellissima e meravigliosa voce. Il 30 aprile 2019, il primo video ufficiale è stato pubblicato sul singolo Dead Promises - questo è un duetto incredibile con il cantante Björn Strid di Soilwork. La cantante italiana Cristina Scabbia di Lacuna Coil e il cantante svedese Tommy Karevik della band americana Kamelot hanno preso parte a In The Raw.
